We also coordinate Roof Replacement timing around Athens weather patterns, scheduling tear-off days when the forecast gives us the best chance of staying dry.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead's credentials are verified before your project is scheduled.
Local Athens crews mean your Roof Replacement start date isn't pushed out for weeks.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
We explain the tradeoffs of each material option in terms that actually matter to you.
Here's the full breakdown of what a Athens Roof Replacement project with us covers.
We never install new shingles over compromised decking — it gets fixed first, every time.
A proper underlayment system is the difference between a roof that sheds water and one that traps it.
Architectural shingles are installed to manufacturer nail patterns and exposure specs, not a rushed approximation.
For Athens homeowners considering a longer-lifespan option, we install standing seam and panel metal systems too.
Proper ridge and soffit balance keeps your new Athens roof running cooler and drier.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
A crew lead inspects your Athens roof in person and measures the full scope of work.
Pricing tiers by material are explained clearly before you commit to anything.
A final walkthrough confirms the finished roof matches the agreed scope before we consider the job done.
Full tear-off and reroof, three days start to finish, and the yard was spotless after.
